1. Disclaimer
This site is provided by The Ashford Catering Company for general information purposes only. The Ashford Catering Company disclaims any losses arising from reliance of information contained within this site.
2. Order deadline
We would request, wherever possible, that all orders be received by 3pm the working day before to ensure that we meet your full requirements.
3. Guaranteed delivery
We guarantee that we will deliver your meal by the time requested. In the extremely unlikely event that your meal arrives late, we will offer a free meal to the same value as the delayed meal.
4. Payment and accounts
Payment can be taken by BACS, CHAPS, major credit card or cash. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Accounts are on application.
5. Menus – online and PDF
We do our best to keep both our online and PDF menus as up-to-date as possible but the company reserves the right to change the menus and increase prices without notice. All prices will be confirmed on the phone.
6. Items out of stock
Sometimes it may be necessary to replace your order if items are out of stock. We hope this does not occur too often and do apologise if it happens.
7. Weekend delivery
Any weekend deliveries will incurr a charge to cover cost of overtime staff and fuel.
8. Non-food collection
We request that any items of non-foods be kept by yourselves for next working day collection. This includes all platters, baskets, china or equipment supplied by ourselves.
9. Order cancellation
Any order that is cancelled by yourselves on the day of delivery, will incur a 50% working charge.
10. Linked sites
Any linked sites are not under the control of The Ashford Catering Company and are provided for convenience only. The Ashford Catering Company is not responsible for any linked site and can not guarantee the availability of linked pages on third party sites. The inclusion of any links does not imply indorsement or approval of The Ashford Catering Company.
11. Copyright
The contents of this site, and any file, is available to download and is the copyrighted work of The Ashford Catering Company. The design and programming of this site is the copyright of BX Design, New Romney, Kent TN28 8XG. Information may be downloaded or printed for your own use but not for any commercial or public use.
12. Laws & jurisdiction
The terms of use of this site shall be governed by English law, not withstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the Courts of England shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise in connection with the terms of use, or of your use of this site and, for those purposes, irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English Law Courts. The place of performance shall be England.
